A Poem to the Fatherless
A poem to the fatherless, who are growing up
Disciplined, and burdened your mother's had enough
You are tired of suffering in the middle class home
You want a place you can call your own
But you are scared to be a daddy (or a parent) don't know how to be
A father figure to children, one, two, or three
Oh Child, what you're missing you do not know
That God is an ultimate Father, and his love will grow
His compassion so amazing, a man you will become
With knowledge you will grow, you'll know the rule of thumb
You'll know how to treat a lady, girl, you will know how to treat a man
You'll know how to raise a family, and listen to God
